Conditioning Workouts

I recently decided to add strength and conditioning workouts to the end of my workout routine in order to increase stamina and endurance. It was my aim to really push myself to my limits and achieve a big flush of HGH by the end of my routine, I did this by incorporating a full body workout routine that included bodyweight exercises, kickboxing, plyometrics and circuit training.

Why, you might ask, would I continue to push myself harder than this existing routine? The answer is that I want to make sure I’m mentally and physically exhausted after each workout. It wasn't my goal to train to failure because as you probably know you don't get denser muscle mass in this way. So the challenge is that I want to get my heart and lungs racing without fatiguing my muscles.

The reason I wanted to do this was to boost the amount of HGH my body produced after each full body workout routine, HGH stands for Human Growth Hormone. The hormone HGH serves to burn fat without sacrificing muscle. You’ve probably heard of illegal HGH supplements as some high profile athletes and actors have been caught using them in the past. The fact is though that your body will naturally produce HGH in larger quantities than normal if you workout intensely.

For the most part, cardio is great for increasing a heart rate and HGH levels. Three days a week I will undergo some high intensity interval training just as I normally do. All I want to do is burn fat a lot more through intense exercise that is appended to my strength training routine.

The other reason I turned toward strength and conditioning workouts is that they’re something I always enjoyed at the end of sports practices. I'm not lying when I say I enjoy them either. Once practice was over, I knew I could push myself further and get stronger than the rest. You are really pushing yourself to the limits of your physical endurance.

In my opinion, the best strength and conditioning workouts will include compound exercises that work your entire body. It’s only natural that these will get your heart and lungs racing. The HGH levels in your system will go up and you will get a really great sweat on. If you check out these ideas, you will have it within yourself to make the perfect full body workout routine to go along with your existing exercise routine.
