I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not really a believer in traditional diets. I also don’t believe in restricting particular foods. However, I’m going to put those beliefs aside for the next six weeks and undergo what I’d call a no refined sugar diet. I’m not going to do anything over the top; I’m just going to partially overcome my junk food addiction by eliminating many of my favorite foods that include refined sugar: cookies, ice cream, candy, etc.
